My favorite creepy tale is The Little Stranger by Sarah Waters.
ReplyDeleteI don't do "creepy" very well, so please understand when I say that some of my favorite creepy tales come from the Fablehaven series. I love those books. My grandchildren are just about old enough to read them and I can't wait. This series looks similar in tone and I can't wait to read them!
ReplyDeleteI don't creepy either as I freak out easily! I remember reading with my child My Teacher is an Alien series by Bruce Coville is all that comes to mind and that's pretty tame, I think! LOL

Love creepy tales...read alot of Stephen King and Joe Hill(his son). Would really like to read these with my grandson. (He LOVED Fablehaven series also!!!)
