Of those listed, Allisong Pang's " A Brush of Darkness" appeals most, so I think I'll look for it.

I'm going with Allison Pang's also; an author willing to make jailbait jokes over there own cover gets a read and I must know more about the miniature unicorn living in the underwear drawer..
